Our Policy

Engraving Time: Orders are usually engraved, packaged and shipped out 14 working days from the time your order is received and payment processed. Some items may require longer than normal turn around time due to product quantities and unique customizations requests however you will be notified by email if this applies to your order.

Shipping Information: We will ship anywhere in the US however at this time we are currently not shipping outside of North America. We use the following shipping carriers: UPS (includes $100 of insurance for no additional charge) and USPS for PO boxes. We pack according to UPS shipping standards. Should you receive any item damaged, it is important that you save all packing materials as well as the damaged item for shipping carrier to inspect and/or until notified to discard and notify us at within 2 days of receiving order. 
Guarantee: Your satisfaction is very important to us, so we will strive to make every order right. If a personalized item is incorrectly engraved, a replacement will be shipped to you at no additional cost. However, please note that if items are personalized incorrectly based on incorrect information being provided, these are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double-check your personal message before sending your order. Prior to shipping, your order will be inspected for imperfections, defects and errors in crystal and workmanship. All items damaged in transit MUST be reported at jennifer@glassengraving.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packaging, as it may be needed as part of the damage claim. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, and buyers are responsible for return shipping on all returns and exchanges when applicable.
Sales Tax: Please add 9.75% sales tax to all orders shipped to TN.
